The Langley Academy (Exhibition I)

Two teachers from The Langley Academy became the initial Community Curators for the first exhibition, by choosing their favourite objects from Slough Museum’s collection to create a display that illustrated the town’s local and unique history.

The objects were exhibited in the academy, but were deliberately left in their bubble wrap in the cases without interpretation for students to try and guess what the objects were and what stories they told!

When the bubble wrap was removed, Year 7 students became Community Curators by researching the objects and writing the labels for the exhibition.
